Two Lotto players have landed $500,000 each following tonight's draw - but the $35 million Powerball jackpot has not been struck.

The half-million winners purchased their tickets in Hamilton and Hokitika before striking it lucky in the Lotto First Division draw.

Hokitika New World in Hokitika and Grey Street Supermarket in Hamilton sold the all-important tickets.

Powerball, however, remained untouched and now rolls over to Wednesday's draw.

The midweek jackpot will be $38 million.

A $300,000 Strike Four prize was picked up by a player in Ashburton, who entered via MyLotto.

The winning numbers from Saturday's 8pm draw were 31, 28, 36, 11, 20, 12. The bonus ball was 34 and Powerball was 2.
